I have a special interest in shoulder disorders. This interest developed throughout my advanced surgical training in orthopaedics where I had the opportunity to train with some of the pioneers of shoulder surgery in this country.

One of the most exciting advances in orthopaedic surgery in recent times has been the application of arthroscopic techniques (“keyhole surgery”) to the treatment of shoulder disorders.

After I completed my advanced training I travelled extensively to the United States and France to learn from the world leaders in these techniques. As such, I have been offering an “all arthroscopic” surgical service for more than five years. I am the only surgeon in Wagga Wagga to be able to offer this service.

I have been a member of the Shoulder and Elbow Society of Australasia since 2007. This is a recognition of the volume and experience of the shoulder surgery I perform.

Over time I have developed a strong team of allied medical staff to assist me in the operative, post operative and non operative management of shoulder conditions. This team including my own specialist theatre nurse and surgical assistants, along with local and regional physiotherapists are essential to offering you the best outcomes for shoulder conditions that may effect you.

I look forward to assisting you in this challenging sphere of orthopaedic problems.
