Whilst I have a special interest in shoulder surgery, disorders of the hip and knee remain a particular area of focus in my practice. I also have an active interest in sports medicine performing a high volume of anterior cruciate ligament reconstructions, patella stabilisations and arthroscopic knee procedures annually.
I grew up in Sydney and matriculated to Sydney University in 1987. I completed my basic medical degree in 1993 and entered advanced training for orthopaedic surgery in 1999.
Having gained my Fellowship of the Australasian College of Surgeons I worked briefly in Wagga Wagga before travelling to the United Kingdom to further my knowledge of complex hip and knee reconstruction. It was during this time I also developed my interest in shoulder disorders.
In 2004 on return from the U.K., I commenced full time orthopaedic practice at 28 Docker Street. I hold appointments at both Calvary Hospital and Wagga Base Hospital.
My wife and I love our life in Wagga Wagga. Our children are happy and we have met wonderful people both professionally and socially. We look forward to our future years in our adopted city.
